We do not act as an estate agent, developer, or party to any transaction.

2. Who May Use the Platform

• Users must be 18 years and above
• Businesses must be legally registered
• Vendors must register and comply with subscription rules
• All provided information must be accurate and up to date

3. Platform Access

• Browsing is available without registration
• Accounts are required for inquiries and saved listings
• Vendor features require active subscription

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain account security
• No fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• No bypassing platform safeguards
• No misuse of user data

5. Listing Content

• All listings must be truthful and accurate
• We may remove violating listings without notice
• Vendors retain ownership but grant us usage rights

6. Verification & Moderation

• Verification does not equal endorsement
• Listings are moderated
• Platform decisions are final (subject to appeal)

7. Payments

• Processed via Paystack or Flutterwave
• No card data stored
• Fees are in NGN
• Subscriptions are non-refundable (see policy)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or reliability of listings or vendors.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid within the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Green World Business Holdings. Vendor content remains theirs but may be used for promotion.

11. Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or at management discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Jurisdiction: Lagos State.
